Writing West Midlands is the Literature Development Agency for the West Midlands. We currently manage Write On! (our writing education programme), the Birmingham Book Festival (our festival and year-round events programme) and The Writers' Toolkit (our writer-networking programme). We are developing other projects and initiatives with and for writers in the West Midlands, including Ears Wide Open, an audio commissioning programme being run jointly with Theatre Writing Partnership in the East Midlands.
